You must have 3 years minimum proven work experience as a bookkeeper with an Australian accounting or bookkeeping firm. The role includes: Bank reconciliations Accounts Receivable / Payable Preparation of Business Activity Statements / Installment Activity Statements Payroll processing STP and PAYG & Superannuation reconciliation Month-end functions including reporting and resolving account discrepancies Other Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a similar discipline Proficiency in softwares such as Dext, Xero, and Simpro is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) is a must Must be highly organised and detail-oriented Must be a team player and eager to learn System Requirements: Stable internet connection (at least 80 MBPS) Has own equipment with at least 16GB RAM and i5 Work Setup and Schedule: Full-time Day Shift (8 Hours) Fixed Saturday and Sunday off Remote/Work-from-home Why work for I Count Beans?
