CustomerManagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, driving demand creation, order fulfillment, and sales conversion. ExecutionExcellence: Develop outlet programs and joint business plans (JBP) to support long-term growth and competitive positioning in the market. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales, trade marketing, or brand management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (preferably in FMCG or a related industry). In-depth knowledge of sales processes, market behavior, and customer service systems. Holds a valid professional driver's license (optional but preferred).
