Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Lead to spearhead end-to-end marketing efforts for our AI customer service tool tailored for Shopify. As the Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our AI customer service tool to Shopify store owners. Conduct market research to identify key trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies. Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Manage the entire marketing funnel from lead generation to conversion, leveraging various channels including digital marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, social media, and events. Create compelling and innovative marketing collateral, including website content, landing pages, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and presentations. Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve marketing strategies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of success in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS or e-commerce industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and platforms, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising, and email marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and marketing copy. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently. Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and lead generation tools. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving results. Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus.
