In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients and generating high-quality leads that align with our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and passionate about driving results through effective lead generation strategies. Responsibilities Conduct thorough research to identify new leads and target markets for our services. Use a combination of outreach methods, including email campaigns, phone calls, and social media engagement to connect with potential clients. Qualify leads by conducting needs assessments and determining their suitability for our services. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted lead generation strategies and campaigns. Maintain accurate records of leads and engagements using our CRM system. Analyze lead generation performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role, preferably within a marketing or agency environment. Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques and tools. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Experience with CRM software and lead management systems is preferred.
