We are looking for an Account Manager / Business Development Manager to join our team in Ayala, Makati. Actual Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients to introduce company products and services
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and support

- Negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to find new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and business development goals

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships and acquiring new accounts within the telecommunications industry. Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base within the telecommunications sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and propose solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing, technical support) to ensure seamless customer experience and successful project delivery.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas and objectives.
Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales and account management within the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts.

Account Manager – Makati City / Taguig (on-site)
Role overview and responsibilities are similar to a client-facing sales/account management position with emphasis on Huawei products and project management. Lead client engagement, solution design, and cross-functional coordination to meet project goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business Administration, with a strong interest in technical products.
- 5-10 years of experience in Account Management in the ICT industry, preferably in Enterprise / Carrier Business.
- Fundamental knowledge of ICT products and services
