Account Manager

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong client relationship skills, proven sales experience, and a passion for technology and solutions that make an impact.

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to help the company grow.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular engagement, meetings, and account management.
  • Present company profile, products, and tailored solutions to prospective and existing customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with principals, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Provide regular updates through weekly activity reports and sales pipeline submissions.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings by attending trainings, seminars, and webinars.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team culture by supporting colleagues and sharing insights.
  • Take initiative beyond assigned tasks, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and ownership.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Represent the company in marketing events, trade shows, and activities organized by management, suppliers, or principals.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • At least 2–3 years of proven experience in sales or account management.
  • Background in IT, systems integration, or related industry.
  • Established professional network within the IT sector.
  • Strong track record in solution selling and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience managing multiple enterprise accounts (e.g., conglomerates, financial institutions, government).
  • Successful track record in closing high-value deals.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and opportunity identification.
  • Ability to deliver impactful presentations and communicate effectively with senior executives (C-level).

This is a full-time role as an Account Manager at Eventscapemanila Inc. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining relationships, overseeing event projects, coordinating logistics, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage new clients & fresh accounts
  • Provide excellent client servicing to new and existing clients
  • Coordination and collaboration with creative teams for pitches and proposals
  • Coordination and collaboration with with project teams for executions
  • Post-project client servicing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate: Course-related to Events, Advertising, Marketing, Communication Arts or Business
