We are looking for a Freelance Virtual Bookkeeper role for Clinilab Medical Services, Inc., a medical and diagnostic facility for local and overseas workers located in Makati City.

This is a remote, freelance position designed to provide crucial support to our finance operations. The core responsibilities involve ensuring the accuracy and organization of our key financial documents.

Key Responsibilities:
You will be primarily responsible for handling and organizing the following, which will be sent to you by our Accounting Clerk on a weekly or bi-weekly basis:
Cash Income recording and reconciliation.
Statement of Accounts management.
Receipt of Expenses processing and categorization.
Vouchers and Disbursements management.
Assistance with BIR compliance documents.
Other financial responsibilities.

Your work will form the foundation for our broader financial reporting and analysis.

Terms & Compensation:
Freelance Agreement: This is an outsourced, freelance contract where you'll be working work-from-home.
Workload: Data will be provided weekly or every two weeks, requiring your consistent attention during those periods, we may require you for an onsite report weekly.
Payment: We are offering a monthly fee of Php 15,000 for these services. We are open to negotiating and discussing this rate based on your experience, the specific tools you use, and the final scope of work.
We believe this role is perfect for a detail-oriented and reliable bookkeeper who values flexible, remote work. We are looking for a long-term partner to help our business thrive.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required.
Certified CPA is highly advantageous.

Experience:
At least 1 year of proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping is preferred.
Experience with the specific bookkeeping needs of a medical or service-based company is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Xero) is essential.
Strong competency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and organization.
Familiarity with preparing or assisting in the preparation of BIR compliance documents is highly desired.

Meticulous Attention to Detail: A commitment to accuracy in recording and reconciling financial data.
High Reliability & Integrity: Able to work autonomously and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Excellent Organizational Skills: Capable of handling multiple tasks and maintaining organized digital records.
Strong Communication Skills: Must be responsive and clear in communicating via email and virtual meetings.

Logistical Requirements:
Work Setup: Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace at home to maintain productivity and confidentiality.

Willingness to Travel: Must be willing and able to commute to our Makati City office for a weekly on-site reporting meeting (as required).
