After closing our Series B round led by IFC (the World Bank’s investment arm), we are hiring exceptional talent to join us in shaping the next chapter. The People Associate role focuses on delivering a high‑quality employee experience and contributing to a culture where people can do their best work through effective hiring, operational support, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for junior‑level roles Provide day‑to‑day operational support across key employee lifecycle processes (e.g. onboarding, regularization, performance reviews) Lead the conceptualization and implementation of process improvements to enhance the employee experience, people team operational efficiency, and productivity Contribute to policy development, updates, and internal documentation Maintain a team‑oriented and high‑energy office atmosphere Assist the team with ad‑hoc tasks and projects as needed Requirements At least 2–4 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or start‑up environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent task and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Meticulous and detail‑oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all output Execution‑focused with a bias toward action and minimal need for supervision Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Benefits Highly competitive perks & benefits, including HMO coverage from month one, free catered lunches, MacBook Air provided, monthly fitness allowance, transportation & accommodation allowance, and more Hybrid work set‑up: 2 days per week in BGC office Collaborative culture – expect support, feedback, and friendship Learn more about our culture: Location: Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at First Circle by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
