The Grab Financial Group (GFG) Team oversees, shapes, and drives the strategy and growth initiatives of money movement for the Grab ecosystem in the Philippines. The team is at the forefront of digital innovation, focused on simplifying payments through secure, seamless solutions like e-wallets, card payments, and digital banking. Job Description You will help develop and execute Grab's payments strategy for the Philippines. Your main focus will be to drive the penetration of cashless payment and dine-out solutions for merchants by developing and executing scalable process flows to enable merchant adoption. The Critical Tasks You Will Perform: Process improvements: You will design and manage efficient and effective process flows to unlock business objectives. Cross-functional and cross-vertical collaboration: You will support designing solutions to complex business problems and gather requirements from relevant partners. Stakeholder management and communications: You will manage communication of progress and alignment with overall direction with relevant people across different teams. Qualifications: You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Operations, or any related fields; Master's Degree preferred You have 3 or more years of experience in Strategy, Operations, Project Management, or Management Consulting You are highly analytical with keen attention to details; proficient in both strategy and operations You are passionate about Grab's social mission; dedicated to positive impact internally and externally We care about your well-being at Grab, here are some of the global benefits we offer: We have your back with Term Life Insurance and comprehensive Medical Insurance.
