The B2B Brand Strategy Lead is responsible for analyzing market trends and customer insights to craft a differentiated customer value proposition for Globe Business and ensuring the consistent delivery of the brand’s visual and messaging across all channels. Responsibilities Analyze market trends and customer insights to develop unique value propositions that differentiate Globe Business from the competition. Develop brand architecture, messaging, and positioning strategies that communicate Globe Business’s proposition to target audiences and stakeholders. Lead the Marcom team to integrate the brand proposition into compelling brand stories and narratives. Ensure consistent delivery of the brand’s visual and messaging across all channels and governance over all Globe Business materials and communications. Collaborate cross‑departmentally to cascade the brand’s value proposition and implement governance practices. Manage the creation and delivery of thematic campaigns to enhance brand recognition across various channels, including industry partnerships. Coordinate with the public relations team to manage brand reputation, thought leadership, and consistent messaging. Manage the A&P budget, monitor spend, and process payments to suppliers. Qualifications Marketing professional with 5+ years of experience in brand marketing roles. Strong understanding of marketing tools and techniques. Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in extracting analytics and insights to optimize marketing efforts. Able to create and execute strategic frameworks. Marketing degree or postgraduate qualification. Deep understanding of marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices, including brand positioning and campaign execution.
