Job Description: Responsible for the completion of circuit installation endorsements from the Enterprise Service Delivery team. Ensure equipment installed at B2B customers is completed timely, within standards, and in accordance with the Circuit Engineering Work Plan. Provide assistance to support teams for opportunity handling related to serviceability. We also analyze field installation from other providers and recommend practices to improve existing processes. Responsibilities Execute strategies and work plans to achieve department, business, and financial goals. Circuit Implementation Management: responsible for B2B circuit installation including circuit reliability testing and customer application testing required for circuit acceptance; assess and implement complex, high‑revenue, high‑profile.customer accounts; coordinate with multiple functional groups to ensure timely delivery. Analyze received work orders, evaluate technical requirements, and arrange resources in coordination with involved support groups. Perform audits and acceptance on completed projects by outsourced services following established standards. Conduct acceptance including validation of last mile facilities (e.g., fiber optics, microwave radios) in accordance with the Circuit Engineering Work Plan. Readiness and ability to support business needs and continuity; work with stakeholders to identify priority orders and raise potential issues at the onset by evaluating complex work orders. Enable self-learning and skills development to adapt to technology advancements. Tools, process, policies development and improvement: participate in problem resolution during implementation to improve internal processes; gather information and updates from different groups; align work with priorities; secure and maintain company resources; ensure procedures conform to Globe policies. Operate various test equipment and perform diverse application tests. Reporting: provide individual performance reports and timely updates to internal and external customers as needed. Qualifications Experience with B2B circuit installation, reliability testing, and customer acceptance testing. Ability to analyze work orders, assess technical requirements, and coordinate resources with multiple groups. Familiarity with last mile facilities (fiber optics, microwave radios) and Circuit Engineering Work Plan standards. Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with stakeholders and support teams. Willingness to learn and adapt to technology advancements. Knowledge of test equipment operation and application testing.
