Job Opportunity: Chemical Laboratory Analyst Location: Agri Exim Global, Inc. – Darong, Davao Del Sur Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Chemical Laboratory Analyst to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine and non-routine chemical analyses of coconut-based raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. Perform tests such as moisture content, FFA, and other quality parameters following established methods. Calibrate, operate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment. Record and interpret analytical data accurately and prepare corresponding reports. Support process monitoring and troubleshooting through timely analytical feedback. Ensure all analyses comply with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Food Safety Management Systems. Assist in method validation, documentation, and internal/external audits. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Preferably a Licensed Chemist or Chemical Technician . At least 1–2 years of laboratory experience in a food, oil, or manufacturing environment (fresh graduates may be considered). Knowledge of wet chemistry techniques, titration, and instrumental analysis (GC, HPLC, etc.) is an advantage. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under minimal supervision. Willing to work on shifting schedules if required.
