Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Territory Sales Specialist to join our team and drive sales growth in Cavite and Laguna. The ideal candidate must have strong sales skills, be willing to travel, and know how to drive a manual transmission (MT) vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory.
  • Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and promotions to potential and existing clients.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
  • Travel within the assigned area to maximize coverage and business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in sales, fieldwork, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Must know how to drive a manual transmission (MT) vehicle and have a valid driver's license (A,B1,B2).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cavite and Laguna and travel within the area.
