SMARTECH LE CONTROL INC. is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Representative to support business growth through effective sales strategies, client engagement, and market expansion.
This role is essential in building strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our automation and control solutions to various industries. Success in this position means meeting sales targets, building a strong client network, and enhancing the company’s market presence.
Responsibilities- Identify potential customers and generate new leads through market research, networking, and field visits.
- Promote and sell company products and services to clients in various industries.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Conduct negotiations, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide customized solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve strategies.
- Participate in trade shows, events, and exhibitions as a company representative.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial, electrical, or automation products.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident presenter with excellent negotiation abilities.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of electrical or automation systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willing to work on-site in Carmona, Cavite and travel to meet clients when required.
