Overview of operations: This role will lead our Investment Research team in Manila as well as oversee our operations in the region. You will lead and oversee the intellectual work in investment research, as well as processes, programs, and operational systems in the Philippines, and take ownership of the successful rollout of operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement actions.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibility:

Investment Research

  • Lead research & data product development on software & technology companies and market segments
  • Coach a team of 3-4 analysts and associates (fast growing) dedicated to research
  • Collaborate with a team of ca. 10 highly experienced ex-Tier 1 management consultants based in Paris contributing to the research
  • Deliver high quality and valuable deliverables that will support decision making on multi-million investments
  • Communicate directly with very high-profile customers, including fund managing partners, billionaire entrepreneurs, family office managers
  • Support the strategic development of the company, hand in hand with the founders, to develop a sustainable unique differentiation in the market

Operational Excellence

  • Set the strategic direction and vision for operational excellence for our Network Research team (60 people and growing) in the PH
  • Take the lead in the training of operations leaders and teams as a strategic pillar in performance excellence
  • Own the strategic efforts to establish, implement and comply with standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with the other management leaders in the PH and Paris to help scale the operations in PH
  • Analyze operational results with KPI, Dashboard to come up with improvements and initiatives
  • Work closely with the PH Leadership team, as well as Paris team to support our scale globally

Your Qualifications
  • Strong track record of operational leadership and delivering measurable results
  • 7–10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading business growth or expansion
  • Smart and strategic, but a real hands-on operator
  • Clear, effective communicator with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Solid understanding of business strategy, digital transformation, and change management
  • Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency
  • Experienced in building and developing high-performing teams
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making skills
