We are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Information Technology to lead IT operations and strategy in a large-scale, dynamic environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner with senior leadership to deliver innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead IT service delivery, infrastructure, and enterprise application management.
  • Oversee technology strategy, project execution, and vendor management.
  • Manage and motivate diverse, global IT teams in a matrix environment.
  • Ensure high availability of contact center technologies, data centers, and network infrastructure.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive digital transformation and efficiency.
  • Execute projects under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 15+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years in BPO technology leadership roles users).
  • Strong background in IT service delivery, infrastructure management, and strategic leadership.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and vendor management skills.
  • Willing to work US hours and handle 24x7 emergency escalations.
  • Experience in financial services, banking, or insurance clients preferred.
