Job Purpose The Channel Distributor Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with channel partners and distributors across the Visayas region. This role ensures that distributors are aligned with company goals, sales targets, and brand standards, while driving revenue growth and market penetration. What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be Channel Strategy & Development Design and implement regional channel strategies to achieve sales targets. Drive distributor market coverage. Distributor Management Build strong relationships with key distributors and partners. Monitor distributor performance and provide regular feedback and support. Ensure compliance with pricing, branding, and operational standards. Sales & Performance Monitoring Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities. Collaborate with distributors to develop joint business plans and promotional activities. Drive sell‑in and sell‑out initiatives to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Training & Enablement Conduct regular training sessions for distributor sales teams. Provide product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights. Cross‑functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to support distributor needs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve channel efficiency. Experiences & Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED Strong understanding of regional market dynamics in Eastern Visayas. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Proficient in data analysis and CRM tools. Willingness to travel across the region.
