What You’ll Do Execute semi-monthly payroll processing (every 10th and 25th of the month), including accurate calculation and processing of regular earnings, overtime, holiday pay, night differential, 13th-month pay, bonuses, leave conversions, and final pay. Create, validate, and upload bulk payroll files and system imports using the Sprout Payroll software (or other designated systems). Ensure timely disbursement of salaries through employee bank accounts and manage the end-to-end reconciliation of all payroll accounts. Statutory & Tax Compliance Serve as the subject‑matter expert on the Philippine Labor Code and internal company policies related to employee compensation and benefits. Ensure accurate remittance reporting to the BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑Ibig (HDMF) and DOLE. Assist the Team Lead with mandatory annualization activities (e.g., BIR Form 2316) and year‑end reporting requirements. Employee Support & Audit Handle face‑to‑face inquiries of employees at the Inoza, BGC Taguig site regarding payroll information, payout, and related payroll data, ensuring timely and professional resolution of payroll disputes. Assist employees with statutory requirements such as HDMF loan applications and payroll account opening. Maintain complete, secure, and accurate payroll records and support documentation in compliance with filing retention policies. Perform regular audits of payroll reports, imports, and processes to minimize errors and support internal and external audit requirements. Management Support Prepare detailed payroll and labor reports for the Payroll Team Lead, Finance Manager, Accountants, and HR Leaders as requested. Support management in analyzing payroll data and performing ad‑hoc reporting or process assistance. Perform other functions assigned from time to time. What You’ll Bring Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent is an advantage. Experience working in a BPO or multinational environment is a plus. Experience with payroll software such as Oracle, Workday, Sprout, ADP is an advantage. At least 4 years of Philippine payroll calculation and annualization experience. Customer‑focused interpersonal skills. Good problem‑solving skills and highly analytical mindset. Strong organization around data retention and confidentiality. Willingness to render overtime when necessary. 100% onsite schedule, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Hybrid schedule may be offered after regularization based on performance.
