Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: ₱19,000 – ₱25,000 (depending on role & experience) 20% Night Differential ₱1,250 Non-Taxable Allowance (NTA) HMO upon hire Paid Training 13th Month Pay Government Mandated Benefits Show-Up Bonus (for some roles): ₱3,000 + 10kg Rice + ₱2,000 Grocery Voucher Work Setup & Schedule Work Location: Pasig – Ortigas (some roles are Temporary Work from Home) Schedule: Shifting or Day Shift (depending on the role) Seasonal contracts available (up to 5 months for selected accounts) Qualifications Communication: Good to Excellent English Skills Experience: At least 6 months BPO experience required College Graduate acceptable if no BPO experience Specific Experience In Outbound Collections/Sales Preferred For Related Roles HS or ALS Graduates accepted for some accounts Preferred Locations / Applicants: Metro Manila (Mandaluyong, Pasig, Pateros, Taguig, Makati, San Juan, Pasay); Rizal (Antipolo, Taytay, Cainta, San Mateo, Rodriguez); Cavite (Bacoor, Imus, Dasmariñas); Laguna (San Pedro, Biñan, Sta.
