Overview Disney Entertainment (DE) brings together the company’s best-in-class product, technology, and commercialization teams into one global organization. DE is responsible for P&L management and all distribution, network and engineering operations, sales, advertising, data, and certain key technology functions worldwide for the Company’s content engines. Disney+ is the dedicated streaming home for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and more, available on most internet-connected devices with a variety of editorial content and features. Responsibilities Build, publish and manage content on Disney+ in the Disney CMS to maximize audience engagement and retention. Ensure the Disney+ platform is up to date with the latest content delivered through our workflow. Quality assurance of content as it is published to Disney+, ensuring correct placements, accuracy, localization, and high editorial standards. Identify, triage and escalate urgent issues to support channels as required. Collaborate with regional programming & content curation and global teams to wireframe the service weekly, prioritizing events and programs per global/local requirements and editorial tone. Coordinate with marketing teams to align local messaging and prioritization of titles. Assist in trafficking artwork assets and metadata. Partner with Product teams on testing CMS features to improve guest experience. Facilitate verbal and written communications between teams to ensure smooth information-sharing and workload transitions. Track performance of merchandising areas over time. Use market and service behavior data and audience research to drive data-driven programming strategies. Collaborate with Lifecycle and Brand & Content Marketing to align with broader content marketing strategy. Support regional programming initiatives as needed. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Deep understanding of TWDC content library, brands, franchises, and characters. Prior experience in the streaming industry is an advantage. Experience in data analysis is a plus. Comprehensive expertise in digital or sports media platforms, including web, app, streaming, and connected devices. Proven ability to work across a matrixed organization and self-motivate. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Experience with content planning tools; Airtable preferred. Diplomatic mindset with teamwork abilities in matrixed organizations. Ability to manage multiple demands and priorities; adaptable to new technologies and high-pressure environments. Willingness to work shifts/weekends as required. Excellent collaboration and solution-focused mindset; ability to produce polished internal documents. SVOD or Linear TV experience is a plus. Skills Analytical thinker with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines. Collaborative team player with trust-building and open communication abilities. Proactive, agile, and data-driven in tool usage and strategy development. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; proficient with Excel/PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Docs; Airtable proficiency preferred. Strong written and verbal communications; comfortable solving problems and sharing solutions. Creative mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
