About the Role We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation for our innovative IT consulting services. Based in our Taguig City office, you will play a crucial part in shaping the marketing direction of our growing company. What You’ll be Doing Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our IT consulting services Create engaging content across multiple channels including our website, social media, email marketing, and advertising campaigns Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads and support the conversion process Monitor and analyse marketing performance data to continually optimise campaigns and strategies Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives Contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing activities and brand positioning What We’re Looking For 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the IT services or consulting industry Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and web analytics Excellent project management and organisation skills to juggle multiple priorities Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field What We Offer At Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC', we are committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment that enables our employees to thrive.
