Cognizant, Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines Senior Deal Analyst Successful hires will receive 100k Joining Bonus Within the Deal Operations function, the Deal team serves as a trusted advisor to Sales, focused on crafting and structuring deals. The team works with internal stakeholders to create scalable and efficient policies and processes in support of deal making & sales activities. The primary mandate is to provide front-line, day-to-day (weekdays) support to client’s global sales teams, but also including other cross functional stakeholders, such as Deal Desk and Legal. What You Will Do: Implement the client’s Deal Operations global strategy, in alignment with the client’s Sales business strategy Complete weekly sampling review to assess the quality of analyst case work, and provide coaching to address development gaps Coach, onboard, train and upskill Deal Analyst on Acquire team Deliver a fluctuating volume of tasks within a defined time frame, to a consistent quality Provide support & guidance to Sales on best practice deal management & contract structuring Identify and document task processes in support of the contracting process Collaborate with and provide advice & deal insights to cross functional teams (systems, legal, pricing etc.) in order to build scalable, efficient processes; drive improvements in policies, processes and system, and to help increase sales productivity Partner with third party vendor team on SFDC case/deal queries, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to transition suitable tasks from contractor team to vendor team Must Haves: 5+ years of experience in a deal support role in a tech environment A proven track record in successfully owning and delivering manual and automated processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Success partnering with key stakeholders across sales, product and engineering to surface and improve internal processes Sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a provenTrack record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing results Experience working within a high-growth, technology company with the ability to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization, working to agree Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Experience coaching, training and upskill Deal Analyst on Acquire Presenting and upskilling new pilots and process to Acquire Deal analysts Bachelor’s Degree Nice to Have: Comfortable working under time pressure during quarter end peak periods Experience advising Sales teams on navigating deal constructs and sales processes Ok with performing repetitive, manual tasks Other Details: Work Location: Level 24 Uptown Place Tower 3 11th Avenue, corner 11th Dr, Taguig, 1630 Metro Manila, Philippines Work Arrangement: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 2 AM Openings: 1 headcount We’re proud of our diverse global team, all working in a collaborative environment and happy to share these common values: Collaboration: Brilliant jerks can be brilliant elsewhere.
