About the Client

Our client is a well-established and growing integrated medical specialist group with operations across multiple states in Australia. Their mission is to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach to patient care through an integrated service model. The team includes clinical, administrative, and support staff working together to provide high-quality healthcare solutions.

Experience Required
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (intermediate to senior level).
  • Experience working with an Australian company is essential.
  • Experience with an accounting package (Xero is a must have).
  • Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities.
  • Manage inter-company entries and reconciliations.
  • Process credit card reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts payable, including invoice coding for expenses and GST.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve supplier queries.
  • Generate consultant monthly sessional fees and clinical income entries.
  • Prepare consultant reporting invoices and data.
  • Reconcile general ledger, credit reports, suspense accounts, and prepayments.
  • Perform administrative and miscellaneous finance tasks as needed.
  • Provide coverage for finance team members during leave periods.
