About the ClientOur client is a well-established and growing integrated medical specialist group with operations across multiple states in Australia. Their mission is to deliver a comprehensive, holistic approach to patient care through an integrated service model. The team includes clinical, administrative, and support staff working together to provide high-quality healthcare solutions.
Experience Required- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (intermediate to senior level).
- Experience working with an Australian company is essential.
- Experience with an accounting package (Xero is a must have).
- Previous experience in healthcare is desirable but not required.
- Perform bank reconciliations across multiple accounts and entities.
- Manage inter-company entries and reconciliations.
- Process credit card reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice coding for expenses and GST.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve supplier queries.
- Generate consultant monthly sessional fees and clinical income entries.
- Prepare consultant reporting invoices and data.
- Reconcile general ledger, credit reports, suspense accounts, and prepayments.
- Perform administrative and miscellaneous finance tasks as needed.
- Provide coverage for finance team members during leave periods.
