Responsibilities Maintenance and repairs: Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for all equipment and building systems. This includes overseeing repairs to ensure they are completed on time and to standard. Vendor management: Act as the primary contact for external vendors and service providers, such as cleaning, security, and HVAC contractors, managing contracts and ensuring services are delivered. Safety and compliance: Ensure the facility meets all health, safety, and environmental regulations. This involves performing regular inspections and coordinating with safety and HR departments. Project coordination: Support the planning and execution of facility-related projects, such as installations of new equipment, renovations, or other improvements. Inventory and supplies: Monitor and maintain the inventory of necessary supplies and equipment, and facilitate procurement as needed. Operational support: Assist in managing daily facility operations, including cleaning, and resolve technical issues as they arise. Procedure and documentation: Develop, update, and enforce facility-related procedures and manuals. Qualifications Strong organizational and project management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse stakeholders. Technical knowledge related to building systems and equipment maintenance. Problem-solving skills to address issues as they arise. Attention to detail to ensure safety and compliance.
