You will make a direct impact by: Supervising all daily facility operations to create a safe, seamless, and productive environment for our team. Managing key vendor contracts and budgets to ensure top-tier service and value in procurement. Championing our safety-first culture by leading compliance programs, drills, and regulatory audits. Orchestrating flawless logistics for client and VIP visits, ensuring an exceptional first impression of our facility. This Role Is for You If… Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in facilities or property management. You have proven experience supervising maintenance teams and managing vendors. Bonus Points: Experience in a BPO, corporate, or large-scale office environment is a major plus. Technical Skills You are proficient in using facilities management software (CMS/CRM). You are excited to work with AI tools to improve processes. Non-Negotiables You have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. You have a background in budget management and procurement. You can work full-time, onsite in our Cebu City office (Required).
