What a Marketing Services Director, IPVMC Cluster Marketing Services Leader at Visa does:
As the Marketing Services Director for the IPVMC cluster, you will report to the Vice President – Marketing Services and be accountable for achieving the revenue and profitability targets of the IPVMC (Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia) cluster and responsible for development and execution of growth strategies of the marketing services business. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing Leader for IPVMC and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive revenue and margin growth to meet business and client priorities. You will collaborate with the regional Marketing Services community to develop growth strategies and responses, and support quarterly business reviews and annual growth strategy exercises (MSO and AOP).
Success in this role will be measured through revenue & contribution margin attainment, as well as forecast accuracy and stakeholder feedback. The role can be based in Manila or Jakarta.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Services Growth
- Work closely with country marketing teams and subject matter experts in the Singapore Hub to explore opportunities for Marketing Services revenue.
- Develop regional business growth strategies for Marketing Services.
- Support in-country Client Marketing teams in the development of client-facing proposals, pricing, and service capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Regional Vice President of Marketing Services & Head of Marketing for IPVMC to develop country and cluster Marketing Services revenue and margin growth strategies.
- Lead regional awareness of Marketing Services capabilities through training and communications.
- Support all financial & business planning processes.

- Understand the core Visa business, leadership principles, and divisional mission to support Visa Partner, Customer Acquisition, Customer Engagement & Customer Retention.
- Advocate for the Visa Brand
- Actively contribute in meetings and team activities

In this role, you will be a critical member of the Partner Marketing Services organization, with responsibilities that cover overall profit and losses of the Marketing Services function regionally as well as working closely with in-country marketing teams to identify revenue-generating marketing services opportunities.

Qualifications- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 10 years business experience in Marketing or Business Planning or Sales or Finance
- Experience in managing partner relationships required
- Understanding of the Payments Industry and Ecosystem
- Audience-focused mindset, with a demonstrated track record of discovering key insights
- Strong executive presence with highly effective written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present with impact

- Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Regional sensibilities and an empathetic outlook to work well with other markets and cultures around the world
