The Sales Representative role encompasses engaging with potential clients and guiding them through the process of selecting cremation and memorial services that suit their individual needs. This includes conducting empathetic consultations, educating clients about available service packages, and finalizing agreements, while providing compassionate support during emotionally sensitive times.Responsibilities: Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including individuals, families, and community members, to promote and educate them about Dearly Departed cremation services. Conduct informative and empathetic consultations to explain cremation packages, urn options, memorialization products, and additional offerings. Tailor service recommendations based on the client’s unique needs, preferences, and cultural considerations. Guide clients through the entire decision-making process with clarity, patience, and sensitivity. Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends, competitor services, and community-specific end-of-life needs. Accurately document all client interactions, sales progress, and commissionable transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality. Represent Dearly Departed Crematorium with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at all times.
