Responsibilities Build rapport with clients and guide them throughout the process Communicate to customers and address their needs through call, email, text, & chat Suggest products, ongoing sales, discounts, and promotions based on customer cues Assist customers in decision-making based on their needs Adhere to policies, procedures, and best practices, including loss prevention Performs other task as may be required or assigned.
