Full Job Description

The Marketing Manager shall be responsible for all aspects of marketing operations. The goal is to help grow the brand’s influence while increasing brand loyalty and awareness. He/She shall be responsible for the management of the organization\'s presence thru strategic marketing, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service, and managing projects and campaigns.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for cost control in the department
• Develops marketing strategies by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
• Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
• Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
• Conducts competitive bench marketing, focus group discussions, stake ins and stake outs to gather related data and information vital to the needs of the department and the organization as well.
• Establishes tie-ups and partnerships with other establishments to strengthen the company\'s marketing programs and activities
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging online contents daily
• Communicate with followers, responds to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
• Oversee social media account\'s design
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
• In-charge of all PR and marketing-related activities
