Recruitment Team Lead @ ADEC Innovations Healthcare JOB SUMMARY As a Healthcare Business Associate, you are responsible in managing email communications and handling inbound calls to provide exceptional support to healthcare providers and clients. As part of the email management responsibilities, you will address provider inquiries, organize and prioritize messages, and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers. Your ability to manage email communications efficiently will ensure seamless interactions and contribute to excellent customer experience. In the call-handling capacity, you will respond to inbound calls and emails, resolving claim‑related inquiries and collaborating with billing and finance teams to address outstanding issues. This role demands strong attention to detail, effective problem‑solving skills, and a commitment to delivering results. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Interaction: Handle provider/client calls and emails, update case information accurately, resolve concerns, and expedite advanced issues as needed. Email Management: Monitor, prioritize, and respond to emails promptly and professionally while maintaining high responsiveness and accuracy. Problem Resolution: Investigate provider concerns, collaborate with departments for complex cases, and ensure all inquiries are documented and resolved promptly. Productivity Standards: Meet performance metrics, including call volume, handling times, and overall productivity. Understand and comply with all HIPAA & SOC2 requirements necessary in working with designated PHI. Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. JOB REQUIREMENTS Completed 4‑year College course At least 1 year of experience in medical/healthcare BPO setting Responsible in managing email communications and inbound calls Strong background in US medical insurance and claims processing Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and internal interpersonal skills Proficient in all Microsoft Office and computer application systems Amenable to work onsite in Alabang and US shifts PERKS OF JOINING US FREE Shuttle Night Shift with 15% Night Differential HMO DAY 1 with FREE dependent** Sleeping quarters with lactating room Healthy working environment Free webinars and internal trainings/events and more Office located at Alabang Corporate Center #J-18808-Ljbffr
