- Retain existing customers/services through proactive consulting and demonstrating value
- Continuously improve product knowledge through ongoing training
- Manipulate systems and escalate issues appropriately
- Adhere to HGS Healthcare policies and maintain a positive attitude
- Flexible to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a 24/7 environment
