About the role We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Engineer to join our dynamic team at We Hope Medical Clinic in Naga City, Camarines Sur. What you'll be doing Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of medical equipment, including diagnostic tools, patient monitoring systems, and therapeutic devices Collaborate with medical staff to identify and resolve issues with equipment, ensuring optimal performance and patient safety Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to proactively maintain equipment and minimise downtime Provide technical support and training to medical staff on the proper use and care of equipment Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in biomedical engineering and implement innovative solutions to enhance patient care Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the industry What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Biomedical Engineer in a healthcare setting Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with a wide range of medical equipment and technologies Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including medical staff and IT professionals Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards governing medical equipment and devices What we offer At We Hope Medical Clinic, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
