The best and/or the most unusual perks of being a receptionist at a well-known company are having to experience literal make-up classes (Belo x Sunnies), where we had a step-by-step tutorial by a professional makeup artist. Cons As a trainee, I don’t have incentives yet or bonuses as I am still not regular, and these compensations are only for regular employees. We work 10 hours a day, and most of the time it exceeds due to long hours of surgery. Work hours are pretty long, but they’re spent productively, which I like. The employer is pretty flexible with hours and working arrangements. It can get fast-paced, and priorities sometimes shift quickly, which can be a bit overwhelming. But in a way, these are challenges I can grow from.
