Be our next Treasury Assistant Manager

This position skillfully oversees daily treasury operations, ensuring the company's financial stability and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Weekly monitoring and timely processing of Remittances / Payables to China.
  • Check the prepared CRF (Check Request Form) for all scheduled Telegraphic Transfer.
  • Check the completeness and accuracy written in the Telegraphic Transfer Forms before forwarding to authorized signatories.
  • Check and validate the accuracy of the received Cable copies as proof of remittance before sending to the requestor/ Impex Dept.
  • Timely updates and accurately encodes all transactions of the passbook and online banking in the bank statement in Excel monitoring.
  • Double-checks all passbook transactions vs transactions in Peachtree recorded by the Accounting Department.
  • Timely and accurately prepares Request for Payment for auto debit transactions (bank charges, cable charges) once signed by the Immediate Head and VP - Finance, then transmits to the Accounting Department.
  • Timely and thoroughly prepares a summary of unposted deposits, for vouch and for edit in Excel (wrong cash account, wrong check nos., wrong amount) and forwards/emails to the Accounting Department.
  • Double-checks accurately all deposits in transit & outstanding checks floating in bank recon every end of the month.
  • Attends to incoming calls for the Treasury Department.
  • Complies with ISO policies and Procedures.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Head or VP – Finance.
Qualifications
  • A college graduate with a 4-year course related to Finance/Accounting
  • In the Accounting/ Treasury industry for 5-10 years .
  • Knowledgeable in accounting principles
  • A computer-literate, knowledgeable in Peach Tree Accounting Software and the Excel Program
  • An individual with the ability to analyze information
  • Keen on details about figures/numbers in the peach tree system
  • Able to display a sense of urgency
Working pattern and location
  • Join Date: September 2025
  • Employment Type: Full-time Employee
  • Work Location: On-site
  • Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
  • Workdays: Monday - Friday
