Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily cash management activities, including monitoring bank balances, preparing cash forecasts, and processing fund transfers.
  • Maintain accurate records of all treasury transactions and reconcile bank statements.
  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly cash reports.
  • Assist in the administration of online banking systems and maintain user access controls.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Provide support for audits and compliance activities.
  • Communicate with banks and other financial institutions to resolve issues and gather information.
  • Assist with other treasury-related projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a treasury, accounting, or finance role is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php21,000.00 per month
