TRND Marketing is a creative marketing agency that specializes in digital content, social commerce, and influencer-driven campaigns. We help brands grow by connecting them with the right influencers and creating authentic, impactful collaborations across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Shopee, and more. We\'re looking for a passionate and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our influencer network. In this role, you will work closely with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), plan and execute influencer campaigns, and ensure every collaboration delivers results. If you love building relationships, have an eye for content trends, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ideation and creation of influencer campaigns for acquiring and maintaining KOLs/influencers.
  • Select, coordinate, and arrange meetings with influencers to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Monitor and analyze KOL performance and provide insights for optimization.
  • Manage content and deliverables of all TRND influencers/KOLs.
  • Identify potential influencers that align with TRND\'s brand image and campaigns.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers/KOLs to ensure successful collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Oversee influencer deliverables and ensure campaign targets are met based on agreed contracts.
  • Explore and secure co-branding opportunities featuring TRND influencers/KOLs.
  • Develop and implement influencer/KOL development plans aligned with brand image.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or related fields is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple influencer accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and influencer platforms.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive.
