Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic Planning & Execution

- Maintain and regularly update a centralized database of KOLs, talents, and influencers, including key metrics, contact details, campaign history, and availability.
- Ensure the database reflects the most current and relevant talent based on platform performance, trends, and brand alignment.
- Serve as the point of contact between KOLs and clients throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Attend client meetings and represent the agency during events and activations to support KOL engagement and client relations.
- Assist in KOL hospitality, including client-facing event support, hosting, and ensuring KOLs are aligned with event objectives.
- Campaign Management
- Brief KOLs on campaign requirements and ensure timely and accurate content delivery.
