Instructional Designer for Language Training goFLUENT Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Seniority level: Associate | Employment type: Full-time | Job function: Education and Training | Industries: E‑Learning Providers What You’ll Do As the Instructional Designer, you will manage and execute content projects intended to elevate goFLUENT’s language learning solutions. Each project is a high‑priority business need with unique goals and requirements. Responsibilities include: Identifying opportunities for content projects and presenting ideas for approval. Leading and executing high-priority content projects in alignment with strategic goals. Curating, designing, and optimizing content, leveraging AI-generated materials. Initiating discussions with subject matter experts and stakeholders to establish project scopes. Conducting market and user research to inform and shape impactful content strategies. Collaborating with business analysts and operations teams to assess project viability and ensure deployment. Scheduling, monitoring, and adjusting project timelines, resources, and deliverables. What You’ll Need Excellent English writing and speaking skills (native, expert, or bilingual). Instructional design expertise applicable to corporate learning. Experience designing and implementing microlearning content. Experience in EFL/ESL teaching or the ability to conduct rigorous research on language acquisition. Familiarity with or desire to master CEFR. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and guideline adherence. Excellent research and problem‑solving skills, with creativity. Proficiency in office software suites and willingness to learn new instructional technologies. Positive can‑do attitude, independent and collaborative mindset. Ability to adapt to unknown and unfamiliar environments, maintaining composure.
