Job Description What You’ll Do: Frontline Support: Address customer inquiries and issues with speed, empathy, and precision. Customer Onboarding & Success: Guide new customers, set expectations, and help them navigate our system to maximize their success. Proactive Outreach: Spot opportunities to help customers before they hit roadblocks, including following up on pending actions, troubleshooting proactively, and building relationships. Ownership & Improvement: Own your day-to-day role and help optimize processes and SOPs. Internal Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer feedback drives improvements. What We’re Looking For: 2-3 years of experience in operations, customer success, or support, ideally in a startup or high-performing operations role. A natural problem-solver with strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically and independently. Excellent communicator—clear, concise, and confident in both written and verbal formats. Self‑motivated and comfortable working remotely with autonomy. Detail‑oriented with a drive for continuous excellence.
