Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide updates on shipment status, delivery schedules, and any potential issues or delays.
  • Provide customers and other stakeholders with excellent and personalized customer service, meeting and exceeding their KPI and expectations.
  • Coordinate with truckers, shipping carriers, container yards, warehouse and other vendors for rates and to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Execute data entry with high accuracy and on time
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks related to customer orders.
  • Monitor and follow-up on potential orders and bookings.
  • Prepare reports based on customers' requirements.
  • Proactively respond to customer enquiries with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure all events of orders such as booking details are updated promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge with port system and any other related shipping systems.
  • Prepare shipping documents such as booking note, confirmation, reports, schedules, invoices, BL and Notice of Arrival
  • Develop and maintain a professional and ethical working relation with colleagues.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Tanks & Chemical Logistics Manager
