The Team Lead will manage workforce management activities, including scheduling, forecasting, and real‑time monitoring, while coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient operations. The role also involves handling employee relations, implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and conducting employee performance evaluations. Responsibilities Manage scheduling, forecasting, and real‑time monitoring of workforce activities. Coordinate with departments to ensure operational efficiency. Handle employee relations and enforce HR policies. Lead personnel management and conduct performance evaluations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 4 years of WFM experience in a call center or operations environment. At least 1 year of supervisory experience. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, Power BI) and PowerPoint presentations. Experience in forecasting and capacity planning. Ability to interpret and analyze data to inform decisions. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proactive, independent, and adept at multitasking under deadlines.
