Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of WFM experience in a call center or operations service environment, with minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel - Power Query, Power BI, Dashboard creation in MS Excel, Power Point Presentations, etc.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good at people management.
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
