Skills: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, and potentially newer platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to collaborate with teams and manage customer inquiries. Experience in planning promotions, creating content, and managing campaigns is required. Experience in managing online store operations, including product listing, content, and inventory. Job Responsibilities: Handle daily operations for online stores, ensuring a seamless user experience. Create, edit, and optimize product listings with accurate description, images, and specification. Monitor sales performance, develop promotional mechanics, and craft content for campaigns to maximize traffic and sales. Work with internal teams, including marketing to develop strategies and ensure content consistency across platforms.
