Overview As theE-commerce Associate, you will assist the Digital Operations Team and oversee the full lifecycle of our digital commerce operations, including ourdirect-to-consumer (DTC) websiteand major marketplace platforms such asShopee, Lazada and Tiktok. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses data to turn insights into results. Responsibilities You will be responsible for optimizing customer experience, growing traffic, improving conversion, and increasing sales across all digital platforms. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role requires a precise thinker that is data-driven with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and execution. E-commerce Strategy & Operations Performance Marketing & Optimization Customer Data Analysis Platform Growth & Partnership Management Graduate of IT Courses or any related course from any reputable schools. At least 1-3 years experience in the same capacity.
