E-Commerce Operations Specialist

Overview
As theE-commerce Associate, you will assist the Digital Operations Team and oversee the full lifecycle of our digital commerce operations, including ourdirect-to-consumer (DTC) websiteand major marketplace platforms such asShopee, Lazada and Tiktok. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and uses data to turn insights into results.
Responsibilities- You will be responsible for optimizing customer experience, growing traffic, improving conversion, and increasing sales across all digital platforms.
- Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role requires a precise thinker that is data-driven with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and execution.

- Graduate of IT Courses or any related course from any reputable schools.
