Sales Manager Ortigas & BGC | Full-time | On-site Job Overview We’re looking for a Sales Manager who will drive business growth, build strong client partnerships, and help companies find their ideal workspace. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding team. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential clients through calls, networking, meetings, and digital platforms. Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to deal closing. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Lead and mentor a small team of sales or lead generation specialists. Represent the company in client meetings, events, and networking opportunities. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in real estate, coworking, serviced offices, or related industries. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Strong organizational and strategic thinking skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Willing to work Monday to Saturday with flexible time. Must be able to start immediately.
