This role is heavily focused on recruitment and talent acquisition, while also supporting core HR and administrative functions. Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle – from job posting to onboarding
- Work with department heads to identify hiring needs and job specifications
- Draft and post job advertisements on relevant platforms
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience at every stage
- Support general HR operations and office administration
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- 2 years experience in recruitment or HR support
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office; HR software knowledge is a plus
