Job Description The Key Account Manager for Large Farms is responsible for generating and cultivating a loyal customer base of farm feed and animal health products for Pilmico Animal Nutrition Corporation. This role includes active selling, conducting technical training activities, and establishing relationships with industry stakeholders, farm owners, and potential customers. The Manager will grow market share for all large farms within a specified region, serve as the company’s technical and sales resource person, share knowledge with the Sales Team, distributors, and other entities, and contribute to industry knowledge sharing. Qualifications Education: BS degree preferably in Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or Nutrition. Experience: At least three (3) years of work experience in selling/marketing animal feeds and/or veterinary products. Licenses: A licensed DVM is preferred. Other Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills; Planning, leading, organizing, and controlling skills; Good judgment skills; Detail‑oriented with good organizing and coordination skills; Driving skills.
