Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, with exposure to HR, administration, and finance functions.
  • Solid understanding of Philippine financial regulations, tax compliance, and retail operations.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel and Google Sheets for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Job Description
  • General Accounting & Operations – Manage full-cycle accounting (petty cash, receivables, payables, reimbursements, vendor payments); track operational expenses; verify supplier invoices with BIR-compliant documentation; coordinate with HQ Finance Team (Vietnam) for fund transfers and allocations.
  • Financial Reporting – Prepare monthly reports (Trial Balance, Cash Flow, Cost Allocation by Department/Store, Bank Reconciliation); assist in financial planning and forecasting; support audit preparation with updated GAAP/BIR-compliant records.
  • Taxation & Compliance – Compute and manage VAT, EWT, and Income Tax filings; ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, DOLE, and SEC requirements; stay updated on tax and foreign ownership regulations.
  • Controls & Risk Management – Recommend internal controls to minimize fraud and error; ensure accurate expense documentation aligned with budget and audit standards.
