Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivatedDevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise inAzure DevOps ,on-premises private cloud CI/CD , and experience withMicrosoft stack tools . This role also requires hands-on knowledge incontainerization and orchestration using Kubernetes, Docker, and experience withTanzu and/or Rancher . You will play a key role in building, automating, and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines to ensure reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintainCI/CD pipelines for both cloud (Azure) and on-prem private cloud environments.

  • Manage and optimize infrastructure usingMicrosoft stack tools .

  • Deploy, manage, and troubleshootKubernetes clusters andDocker containers .

  • Support and manage container orchestration withTanzu and/orRancher .

  • Ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance through automation and proactive monitoring.

  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployments and improve workflows.

  • Implement and enforce best practices in infrastructure, security, and automation.

  • Provide documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as aDevOps Engineer or similar role.

  • Strong hands-on experience withAzure DevOps andCI/CD pipelines .

  • Solid understanding ofon-premises private cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.

  • Proficiency withKubernetes andDocker for container orchestration and management.

  • Experience working withTanzu and/orRancher .

  • Familiarity withMicrosoft stack tools (Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, etc.).

  • Knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
