Job Purpose:

Responsible for creating the technical documentation of policies and procedures for operating malls and implementing new systems to support these policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

Create and update policies and procedures by:

  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders/subject matter experts
  • Observing real-time operations to assess ideal methods
  • Gathering data to validate recommendations
  • Ensuring compliance with government mandates
  • Applying process improvement practices

Implement process improvements by:

  • Conducting interviews, immersions, and special studies
  • Gathering business requirements and related information
  • Coordination with stakeholders for the development of the system
  • Testing the usability of the system
  • Performing other tasks and providing other necessary support to move and complete the project

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or any related course
  • Certified Industrial Engineer or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
  • Good communication skills, analytical, problem-solving skills, process and information mapping experience, and project management
  • Proficient in MS Office, can work with tight deadlines, has the potential for higher responsibility
  • Candidate must be willing to be assigned in MOA Square, Pasay City
